MOCA’s annual, juried exhibition features works in various media by local artists. New Waves showcases the talent of Hampton Roads and Richmond and is a terrific opportunity to purchase art from local favorites and support the region’s visual artists. The 2006 exhibition features paintings, drawings, photographs and collages by 30 regional, contemporary artists.
