Virginia MOCA makes every effort to be competitive in both our service and our pricing. Three main rooms are available for rent 7 days a week, based on availability. The Atrium, Rodriguez Pavilion and Price Auditorium provide ample space for entertaining your guests, while additional amenities and park-like grounds create a memorable experience.

Atrium & Rodriguez: Monday through Wednesday rates include 4-hour use; Thursday through Sunday rates include 5-hour use. Event hours may be extended for an additional fee. Auditorium: rentals are for 3-hour use with additional hours at $50-100 per hour. (Note: Weekend rates apply to select holidays.)

Atrium rates include Atrium, use of prep kitchen, parking areas, dressing rooms and admission to galleries*. Seated capacity (meal service): 200; Standing Capacity (cocktail): 350. *Restrictions may apply during special exhibitions.

Rodriguez Pavilion rates include Pavilion, use of adjacent prep kitchen, coat/ticket rooms, parking areas, and admission to galleries*. Seated ceremony capacity: 150; Standing Capacity: 200. *Restrictions may apply during special exhibitions.

Price Auditorium Seated capacity: 268. Rates include Auditorium space complete with stage lights, automated curtains, 30’ x 15’ projection screen, projector and Blu-Ray for PowerPoint or films, and sound system. Lighting and sound systems are user- friendly, instructions provided. Specialized lighting and sound for large productions must be preapproved by MOCA and requires outside contractor at vendor expense. MOCA reserves the right to add an excessive electricity use stipend to any rental.
