MOCA is located six blocks from the Virginia Beach oceanfront at the intersection of I-264 West and Parks Avenue, in the ViBe Creative District. To visit MOCA, take I-264 East toward the oceanfront. Turn left at the first stoplight on to Parks Avenue. Proceed straight after the next stoplight. Directly ahead is the MOCA parking lot.
Thursdays: 10am – 4pm
Fridays: 10am – 3pm (First hour is reserved for patrons 60+)
Saturdays: 9am – 3pm (First hour is reserved for patrons 60+)
Sundays: 1pm – 4pm
All hours subject to change. Reserve your tickets in advance.
Administrative offices are open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
