Learning about how colors interact with each other and with viewer is a fundamental step in developing your art practice. Explore the elements of color, including value, temperature, saturation, hierarchy, complements, light, harmony, and contrast. Students will develop their problem solving skills when using color, through examining the use of color complements and the relationship of color to the medium and expression. Each session will include a minor and major project, as well as guided work time.
